Q: Can I order a custom piece?
A: Yes custom orders are welcomed and encouraged. Fill out the form on the Contact page and a quote including delivery charges will be arranged. I look forward to discussing colours and sizes that will suit your needs.
Q: Can you duplicate any of your artworks?
A: No. Every piece varies due to the fluid nature of resin and is one of a kind, however it should be possible to get a similar outcome.
Q: Do I need to pay a deposit?
A: Yes. All custom orders require a deposit. Dependant on the quote given, the deposit will be equivalent to one third of the total cost and is non-refundable.
Q: When do I pay the balance?
A: Full payment is required on completion of the artwork. The artwork remains the property of Echo Beach Art until full payment has been received. Under no circumstance will the artwork be posted or delivered without full payment.
Q: How much is postage?
A: Postage will depend on the size and weight of the artwork and where you live. This will be advised at time of ordering. Gold Coast residents can arrange for pick up.
Q: How do I hang my artwork?
A: The artwork can be hung or you may wish to lean it against a wall if it is smaller. The hanging hardware can be attached if you know which way you would like to put it on your wall or it can be included loose to be attached by yourself once you decide on its desired position. If you are local to the Gold Coast it can be arranged to have your artwork hung for an additional fee.
Q: How do I care for my artwork?
A: Resin has a quite tough glass like finish so wipe over with a soft damp cloth and dry off with a soft dry cloth.
